Green Gas and PPA markets start the week lower.
- The key drivers are
- moves down in the broader commodity complex.
- strong renewable performance.
- continued low demand.
- Looking at Eastern European markets, pricing in Greece and Romania seems to be the exception to weakness, with spot pricing pushing €500 on the back of cooling demand and some supply issues.
- Carbon markets continued to trade with weak price action, EUA Dec24 at €64.72/t.
- Benchmark US Oil contract WTI trades below $80.
- LNG markets are also softer on the Freeport export restart.
